2. Additional Policies and Applicable Terms
These Terms should be read together with the PrimoroseHood Privacy Policy and any notices, disclosures, or terms presented to you in connection with a particular feature, purchase, or transaction. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a feature-specific term, the feature-specific term will govern only to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right, statutory protection, warranty, guarantee, remedy, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use the Services under the laws applicable to you.

Certain Services require an account.
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; keeping your account information accurate and up to date; using reasonable security measures on devices used to access your account; notifying PrimoroseHood promptly if you believe your account has been compromised; and all activity conducted through your account, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot legally be attributed to you.
You must not share your account credentials with another person or allow another person to access paid features through your account, except where a feature expressly permits account sharing.
PrimoroseHood may take reasonable measures to protect accounts and investigate suspected unauthorized access, fraud, or security incidents.
5. Software, App Access, and Updates
The Services may include software, mobile applications, APIs, or other technology.

PrimoroseHood may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, compatibility updates, and improvements from time to time.

The Services may present particular theological perspectives, interpretations, devotional approaches, or Christian traditions. These may differ from the beliefs or practices of particular denominations, churches, ministries, or individuals.
PrimoroseHood does not represent that every interpretation, devotional statement, prayer, recommendation, or community contribution reflects the beliefs of every Christian denomination or Christian tradition.
Bible translations and other third-party materials may be provided under applicable licenses and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
The Services are intended to support personal faith and spiritual reflection. They do not replace your relationship with your church, pastor, priest, minister, spiritual advisor, or other qualified religious leader.
7. Health, Wellness, Mental Health, and Spiritual Support
The Services are intended for general informational, devotional, wellness-support, and personal-development purposes.
The Services are not: a medical device; a diagnostic service; a medical treatment; a mental-health treatment service; an emergency service; a crisis-intervention service; a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care; a substitute for legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional advice.
Information relating to stress, emotions, relationships, identity, anxiety, journaling, prayer, personal development, or other topics should not be treated as professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding circumstances requiring professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified emergency or crisis-support provider in your location.
PrimoroseHood does not continuously monitor users and does not guarantee that the Services will detect or respond to emergencies, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, abuse, domestic violence, or other safety-critical circumstances.
8. AI-Generated Content
Certain Services may use artificial intelligence or automated technologies to generate, summarize, classify, recommend, personalize, transcribe, or otherwise process content.
AI-generated content may include reflections, prompts, summaries, labels, recommendations, responses, devotional suggestions, journal summaries, or other materials.
AI-generated content: may be inaccurate or incomplete; may misunderstand your circumstances; may contain inappropriate or irrelevant information; may differ between users or between different uses of the Services; may contain errors or outdated information; should not be assumed to have been written or reviewed by a human unless expressly identified as such.
AI-generated content must not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, or professional pastoral advice.
You are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated content before relying upon it.
PrimoroseHood does not guarantee that AI systems will identify emergencies, accurately understand emotional circumstances, or provide appropriate responses in every situation.
9. Prayer Journal, Recordings, and Sensitive Content
Certain features may allow you to create prayers, journal entries, recordings, transcripts, reflections, notes, or other personal content.
Depending on the feature and your settings, PrimoroseHood may process associated content, metadata, transcripts, summaries, labels, prompts, recordings, or other information necessary to provide the feature.
Such information may reveal sensitive personal information, including religious or philosophical beliefs, emotional circumstances, health-related information, or other sensitive information.
The processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable feature-specific notice or consent mechanism.
Where consent is required by applicable law, PrimoroseHood will obtain consent through the applicable mechanism.
You may withdraw consent where legally applicable and where the relevant processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Deleting content or withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use particular features.
Where a feature offers local or on-device processing, the applicable feature description will explain that functionality. These Terms do not guarantee that every feature can be used without cloud-based processing.
PrimoroseHood's recording indicators and technical controls do not replace any consent or authorization required by applicable law.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of User Content that you create or submit through the Services, subject to the rights of third parties.
“User Content” includes prayers, journal entries, transcripts, recordings, reflections, notes, messages, profile information, comments, posts, feedback, photographs, and other materials you submit or make available through the Services.
You grant PrimoroseHood a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, translate, transcribe, summarize, analyze, secure, troubleshoot, and otherwise handle User Content only as reasonably necessary to: provide and operate the Services; maintain and improve the Services; personalize features where applicable; provide customer support; protect the security of the Services; prevent fraud or abuse; comply with applicable law; and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary to submit User Content.
11. User Content Representations

The Services may allow users to interact with one another through community features, profiles, comments, messages, discussions, or other functionality.
You acknowledge that interactions with other users occur at your own discretion and risk.

This includes, without limitation: software; source and object code; designs; interfaces; graphics; videos; audio; written materials; devotional materials; original educational content; logos; trademarks; service marks; trade dress; algorithms; databases; documentation; and other proprietary materials.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, lease, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit PrimoroseHood content without authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.
Third-party and open-source components may be subject to separate license terms. Where applicable, those terms govern the relevant component.
16. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant PrimoroseHood a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, develop, commercialize, and otherwise use that Feedback for lawful purposes without compensation or attribution to you.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the Feedback and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligation.
This Feedback license does not by itself authorize PrimoroseHood to use your identifiable photograph, testimonial, review, recording, or other personal information for advertising where additional consent is legally required.
17. Digital Content and Membership Access
Memberships may provide access to digital content, including videos, Bible studies, challenges, devotional materials, community features, and other resources.

Certain Services may be offered through recurring subscriptions or Memberships.
Before subscribing, you will be provided with applicable information regarding the price, billing period, trial period, renewal terms, and other material conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
If you purchased the subscription through Apple, Google, or another third-party platform, cancellation must generally be completed through the applicable platform's subscription-management system, subject to that platform's rules and applicable law.
Free trials, introductory offers, promotional prices, and other special offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed when the offer is presented.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional offer may be used per eligible account or person.
19. Subscription Price Changes
PrimoroseHood may change subscription prices from time to time.
Where applicable law requires advance notice or your consent to a price change, PrimoroseHood will provide the required notice or obtain the required consent.
A price change will not retroactively change charges that have already been completed.
If you do not agree to a future price change, you may have the right to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect, subject to applicable law and the terms presented to you.
20. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds
Payments may be processed by Apple, Google, payment processors, or other authorized payment providers.

40. Regional Consumer Protections
Users in different countries or regions may have mandatory rights that differ from those described in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce those rights.
